100g Japanese, certified organic matcha powder in a resealable aroma protection bag.

The matcha leaves used are hand-picked and grow on an organic plantation in beautiful Kagoshima (in the south of Japan).

Our Japanese organic matcha powder is very fine and dissolves well (without lumps). It is 100% from controlled ecological cultivation (DE-ÖKO-070) and is characterised by a mildly sweet to savoury taste. Our Matcha leaves are shaded for 20 days before harvest so that they can develop their unique aroma and high content of vital substances.

The matcha powder is 100% natural, vegan, contains no allergens and is completely free of additives. It is also GMO-free, lactose-free, gluten-free and without colourings, sweeteners or preservatives.

Suitable for the preparation of tea,  smoothies, matcha lattes, matcha ice cream (see our recipe for this delicious ice cream!) or for baking cakes.
