Gentle drum roasting: The beans are refined using the classic drum roasting process. The result: less unpleasant acidity, hardly any bitter substances, maximum enjoyment.

Very low in acidity and intense – Arabica and Robusta beans were roasted according to type. The espresso is therefore balanced and mild with a strong, spicy note.

Crema guarantee! Perfect degree of roast for fully automatic machines and portafilter.

The high proportion of Robusta creates an impressive hazelnut-brown crema every time.
Fair and transparent – 75% Robusta from Uganda and 25% Arabica from Brazil – Coffee farmers were paid above the market price for this.
