Gentle drum roasting in Italy – With us, it is a manual process: The beans are refined with many years of experience in the classic drum roasting process. The result: less unpleasant acidity, hardly any bitter substances, maximum enjoyment.
Very low in acidity and intense – the green coffee from Guatemala is roasted to a medium roast level – this allows sufficient sweetness to develop, while almost no bitter substances arise at the same time.
Perfect degree of roast for fully automatic machines, filters and French press – ideal for mixed milk drinks such as cappuccino or Americano.
